What other neighborhood has eight parks, an organic urban farm, an orchard, an airport, a football stadium, baseball and softball fields, two community gardens, a historic Curtiss-Wright hangar built in 1929, sixty acres of green space and soccer fields, a disc golf course, and lots of really cool people?
